Dalai Lama in Nederland

De Dalai Lama is in Nederland. Ik heb vanmiddag de lezing “de kracht van compassie in turbulente tijden” bezocht.
Het was een interessante lezing.
Op het einde gingen veel mensen bij het podium staan om geschenken af te geven.
Ik wilde mijn gedicht Free at last ook afgeven maar stond net iets te ver van het podium.
Later heb ik het op het podium neergelegd en ik hoop dat het toch nog bij de Dalai Lama terechtgekomen is.

Hartelijk dank voor uw bericht en voor uw actieve steun aan het Tibetaanse volk en hun geweldloze strijd.

Wij gaan ervan uit dat de geschenken gericht aan Z.H. de Dalai Lama bij hem terecht zullen komen.
